An Ordinary and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company Kulczyk Oil Ventures were held in Calgary, Province of Alberta, Canada on 7 September 2010.

The first General Meeting since the flotation on the Warsaw Stock Exchange passed resolutions aiming to improve the Company’s transparency and enhance protection of minority shareholders.
