Since KOV is subject to reporting requirements in Canada and that as of the day of the admission of the Company’s shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) regulated market, KOV has additionally become subject to reporting obligations under Polish law. From the first listing KOV intends to comply with the reporting obligations under Polish law and to publish all reports in Polish and in English through the ESPI system, and subsequently through the Canadian SEDAR system and place such reports on the company’s website. Should the scope of the reporting obligations in Canada be broader than that of the corresponding requirements under Polish law, immediately after the publication of the required information in Canada through the SEDAR system, we will disclose such information in Poland by publishing a current report (WSE fillings).
