Kulczyk Oil Ventures Inc. is the new name for Loon Energy Inc. after that company completed a plan of arrangement in December, 2008. The Plan re-structured the business to focus the technical, management and financial resources of KOV on principal assets in Brunei and Syria. A new entity (Loon Energy Corporation) was incorporated to hold the assets formerly owned by KOV in Colombia and Peru.
