KOV is only aware of one shareholder holding more than 5% of the common shares of the company: Kulczyk Investments SA (“KI”).

KI holds* 186,242,872 shares of KOV representing 44,26% of the share capital (=186,242,872 of the votes, which constitute 44,26% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly).
Kulczyk Investments is an international investment house (headquartered in Luxembourg). The company’s chosen strategic industries are energy sector and infrastructure. It also holds significant assets in real estates, brewing and automotive industry.

Others - individual and institutional investors.

*Pursuant to a notification by Kulczyk Investments S.A received on 23 December 2011. Kulczyk Investments S.A. together with a party acting in concert Radwan Investments GmbH holds 206,936,524 shares of the Company representing 49.1764% of the share capital. The said shares entitle to 206,936,524 votes, which constitute 49.1764% of the total number of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting.
