In 2012 KOV intends to:

• drill up to six new wells,
• recomplete or workover up to 15-20 wells,
• construct pipelines to tie-in wells as needed.

Management forecasts that the Company will exit the 2012 year with a production rate higher than the 2011 year-end exit rate as a result of these projects.
